Incident Report

And incident is any unexpected event occurring during a KCAA activity that results in, or could reasonably have resulted in, injury, illness, property damage, misconduct or disruption of operations. Examples include:

Medical incidents - cuts or lacerations that result in bleeding, sprains or fractures, concussions, heat illness, allergic reactions, asthma attacks, seizures, or loss of consciousness.

Safety incidents - unsafe playing condition, equipment failure, lightning evacuation, severe weather evacuation, fire or hazardous materials. 

Behavioral incidents - Fighting, bullying, harassment, threats, unsportsmanlike conduct, spectator misconduct or ejections.

Child Protection concerns - Boundary violations, inappropriate conduct, suspected abuse or neglect, grooming behavior, or missing child incidents.

Property incidents - Damage to facilities, damage to equipment, theft or vehicle accidents during KCAA activities.
